Today, June 19, is World Sauntering Day, a day to walk (per Wikipedia) “slowly, preferably with a joyful disposition.” Remember, however, that a saunter “is not a sashay, prance, trot, or lollygag.”

I can’t say for certain, but I suspect that World Sauntering Day has the approval of Britain’s Ministry of Silly Walks.
